Loan To Valuation Ratio Dimension This dimension is used to categorise reported loan information according to the loan-to-valuation ratio (LVR) of the loan product. Less Than or Equal to 60% Information in relation to loan products with a loan-to-valuation ratio (LVR) of less than or equal to 60%. The LVR may be based on the valuation at origination or, where relevant, on a subsequent formal revaluation by an independent accredited valuer, as determined in accordance with relevant Prudential Standards. GTE90 Information in relation to loan products with a loan-to-valuation ratio (LVR) of greater than or equal to 90%. The LVR may be based on the valuation at origination or, where relevant, on a subsequent formal revaluation by an independent accredited valuer, as determined in accordance with relevant Prudential Standards. GTE80LT90 Information in relation to loan products with a loan-to-valuation ratio (LVR) of greater than or equal to 80% but less than 90%.
