New The status is new. Lost Represents a member who is inactive and uncontactable or transferred as a lost member. Inactive Represents a member account that has not received any contributions, rollovers or transfers, or made any benefit payments within the last two years. Existing The status is existing. Closed Represents a member account that has been closed.
