Liabilities Total Amount This is the value, as at the relevant date, of all present obligations of the entity arising from past events, the settlement of which is expected to result in an outflow from the entity of resources embodying economic benefits, reported in accordance with Australian Accounting Standards. Equity Net Assets Amount This is the value, as at the relevant date, of the surplus of total assets less total liabilities which is underlying the value of members' benefits, reported in accordance with Australian Accounting Standards. Includes: reserves. Assets Average Scheme Property Value Amount This is the value, as at the relevant date, of the average value of the scheme property. The average value of scheme property refers to an amount which is the greater of: (a) the current value of scheme property; and (b) an amount derived from the averaging of the actual value of scheme property for up to the last two preceding financial years (starting from when the registered scheme's Responsible Entity is first authorised to operate a registered scheme) and the forecast value of the scheme property for the remainder of that financial year. Financial Position 1 Assets In House Assets Amount This is the value as at the relevant date of the net market value, or fair value, of in-house assets, as determined in accordance with the Superannuation Industry (Supervision) Act. Net market value, or fair value, is the amount which could be expected to be received from the disposal of an asset in an orderly market; or in an arm's length transaction between knowledgeable, willing parties; after deducting costs expected to be incurred in realising the proceeds of such a disposal. Assets In House Assets Exempted From APRA Amount This is the value, as at the relevant date, of in house assets held by the Registrable Superannuation Entity (RSE) for which the entity has an exemption from APRA in writing. Assets Standard Employer Sponsored Amount This is the value, as at the relevant date, of the assets held in respect of standard employer-sponsored business. This is the aggregate balance of the accounts of those members in the fund who joined the fund wholly or partly through an arrangement between the trustee of the regulated superannuation fund (including public offer funds) and each of the standard employer-sponsors which contribute to that fund. Assets Total Amount This is the value, as at the relevant date, of a resource: (a) controlled by an entity as a result of past events; and (b) from which future economic benefits are expected to flow to the entity reported in accordance with Australian Accounting Standards. Assets Trade and Receivables Other Amount This is the value, as at the relevant date, of short term liabilities owed by debtors. Equity Notional Fund Balance Amount This is the value, as at the relevant date, of the number of lives insured in the fund multiplied by $20,000. Equity Transferred From Reserves Amount This is the value, during the relevant period, of amounts transferred out resulting in a decrease in the reserves in accordance with Australian Accounting Standards. Equity Transferred To Reserves Amount This is the value, during the relevant period, of amounts transferred in resulting in an increase in the reserves in accordance with Australian Accounting Standards. Liabilities Trade And Other Payables Total Amount This is the value, as at the relevant date, of short term liabilities owed to creditors or beneficiaries.
