A loan is a financial asset that is created when a creditor lends funds directly to a debtor; and is evidenced by non-negotiable documents. In the event of default by the borrower, the lender has recourse to this asset. Assets Margin Loans Called Count This is the number of margin loans where a margin call was made during the relevant period. Assets Margin Loans LVR Greater Than 5 Less Than Equal 10 Percent Margin Call Count This is the number of margin loans with a loan to valuation ratio (LVR) that is greater than 5 percentage points and less than or equal to 10 percentage points away from a margin call. Assets Margin Loans LVR Less Than Equal 5 Percent Margin Call Count This is the number of margin loans with a loan to valuation ratio (LVR) that is less than or equal to 5 percentage points away from a margin call. Assets Weighted Average Loan To Valuation Ratio Margin Loans Called Percent This is the weighted average loan to valuation ratio (LVR) for margin loans where a margin call has been made during the relevant period. The weighted average LVR is the sum of individual LVRs, where the weights used are the corresponding balances expressed as a share of the total balance. Assets Weighted Average LVR Margin Loans LVR GT5 LTE 10 Percent Margin Call Percent This is the weighted average loan to valuation ratio (LVR) for margin loans with a LVR that is greater than 5 percentage points and less than or equal to 10 percentage points away from a margin call. R = The client has been removed from the file and should not be used by CRB's E = There was an error for the clients record and should not be used by the CRB.
