Expense Total Amount This is the value, during the relevant period, for expenses incurred by the reporting entity. Expenses are consumptions or losses of future economic benefits in the form of reductions in assets or increases in liabilities of the entity, other than those relating to distributions to owners, that result in a decrease in equity. Revenue Average Responsibility Entity Revenue Amount This is the value, during the relevant period, of the average Responsible Entity revenue. The average Responsible Entity revenue refers to an amount based on the average of the Responsible Entity revenue for up to the last two preceding financial years (starting from when the Responsible Entity was first authorised to operate a registered scheme) and an estimate of the forecast RE revenue for the remainder of the financial year. Financial Performance 1 Expense Fees Total Amount This is the value, during the relevant period, for all fees paid for the provision of services. Expense Insurance Premium Payments Amount This is the value, during the relevant period, of insurance premium payments paid for the provision of insurance under an insurance policy. This excludes legacy insurance arrangements where no insurance premium is payable because the insurance policy is based on a surrender value. Expense Investment Amount This is the value, during the relevant period, of the amount of investment expenses incurred in deriving investment income. Expense Investment Other Amount This is the value, during the relevant period, of other expenses classified as investment expenses, as determined in accordance with the relevant accounting standards. This is a balancing item within the list in which it is being used. Income Fee Rebate Paid Amount This is the value, during the relevant period of rebates or discounts applied against fees charged. Income Operating Amount This is the value, during the relevant period, for operating income. Income Unrealised Gains Or Losses From Asset Revaluations Amount This is the value, during the relevant period, of the increments and decrements in value when assets are revalued in the books of a business to reflect their current market price. Revaluations may also result from assessed impairment of assets. A gain (or loss) is unrealised if there is no actual disposal of an asset involved.
