Expense Health Benefit Funds Tax Paid Or Payable Amount This is the value, during the relevant period, for the amount of income tax paid or payable from the health benefits fund (whether or not the liability for tax stems from the operations of the health benefits fund). Expense Medicare Benefits Paid Amount This is the value, during the relevant period, for Medicare benefits paid. Expense Non Operating Other Amount This is the value, during the relevant period, for other non-operating expenses not reported elsewhere. Expense Treatment Fees Amount This is the value, during the relevant period, for the known or invoiced fee charged by the provider for treatment. Income Annual Private Health Insurance Net Margin Percent This is the percentage, during the relevant period, for the private health insurer's estimate of its health benefits fund's xth percentile net margin percentage for the health insurance business for 12 months after the relevant day calculated: (a) applying the same premium increases as those assumed in calculating the premium income estimate; and (b) excluding any possible changes in the unexpired risk liability or constructive obligation during that period. Income Health Related Business And Other Income Margin Percent This is the percentage, during the relevant period, for the margin. This is calculated as a percentage of all non-health insurance business income to health insurance business contribution income, given premium increase subject to the stress test assumptions constraint. Income Investment Income Margin Percent This is the percentage, during the relevant period, for the investment income margin. This equates to the margin (as a percentage of the health insurance business (HIB) contribution income, given premium increase subject to the stress test assumptions constraint that achieves the investment income estimate. Income Non Insurance Activities Health Related Business External Sources Amount This is the value, during the relevant period, for all health related business for non-insurance revenue that is earned from outside the health benefits fund. It therefore includes revenue from non-policy holders of the health benefits fund, revenue to cover services provided by the health benefits fund and revenue from policy holders of the health benefits fund for services not covered by the insurance premium. Income Non Insurance Activities Health Related Business Recorded As Health Fund Benefits Amount This is the value, during the relevant period, for providing services to policy holders of the health benefits fund that are covered by their insurance premiums. Income Private Health Insurance Gross Margin Percent This is the percentage, during the relevant period, for the gross margin. This is calculated as the residual of dividing health insurance business benefits paid by health insurance business contribution income, given premium increase subject to the stress test assumptions constraint. Income Private Health Insurance Net Margin Percent This is the percentage, during the relevant period, for the net margin. This is calculated as the residual of dividing health insurance business benefits paid plus associated health insurance business expenses by health insurance business contribution income, given premium increase subject to the stress test assumptions constraint. Revenue Operational Fund Other Amount This is the value, during the relevant period, for all other operational revenue, net of expenses, attributable to the fund. Revenue Total Amount This is the value, during the relevant period for the total amount of revenue earned.
